Veltora ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Veltora mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Summary: Veltora is a fleet payroll tool. We collect only what's needed to run the app. We never sell your data. Drivers' pay information is only visible to their fleet manager and themselves.

We collect the following information when you use Veltora:

SMS and Phone Number Data

Veltora uses your phone number for account authentication via one-time password (OTP) SMS messages sent through Twilio.

How We Use Your Information

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Pay data entered by fleet managers is stored on Supabase servers and is accessible only to the manager who entered it and the driver it belongs to.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Driver Privacy

Drivers can only view their own pay data. Fleet managers can view and edit pay data for drivers within their company only. No driver can see another driver's information.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Pay records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with payroll recordkeeping requirements.

Children's Privacy

Veltora is intended for use by adults (18+) in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
